If patients do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, patients may be subject to cancellation fees.

To schedule an appointment or to obtain additional information about any of our medical services, please fill give us a call in advance. For new patients please try to call us ahead of time so that we have time to process information that we will request from you, so upon arrival any confirmation procedures can be completed accurately.
